In our first session together, we'll explore the basics of what you're struggling with and determine whether we are a good match for each other. The meeting is free of charge, no waiting list.

Together, we come up with a plan, guided by your own goals and values. Don't worry if you don't know what these are yet - exploration is part of the process.

Therapy is hard work. Expect challenging yourself inside and outside of the therapy room, facing your discomfort, but also being supported along the way.

APPROACH

At Repurpose Therapy, I combine ACT and CBT, two types of therapy strongly supported by scientific evidence.

Don't expect fighting your emotions or dwelling on the past. We will work on learning new skills such as accepting difficult thoughts and feelings, living by your own unique values, and being fully present while doing the things that make your life yours.

The goal is not to never feel sad again - unfortunately, that's just not how our minds work - but to be so well-equipped with the right tools that you can live a fulfilling life even when times get hard. Ultimately, my hope is that you become your own best guide.
